Vincent Voci is vice president for cyber policy and operations in the Cyber, Intelligence, and Supply Chain Security Division at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Voci also leads the Chamber’s Project Security, the Chamber's international cyber policy working group, which focuses on developing and advocating for the Chamber’s policies before foreign governments, the administration, and the business community. He also leads the Chamber's Cyber Leadership Council and 5G Security Council, which provides Chamber members with deep policy expertise, advocacy, and business intelligence across a variety of economic security issues.
He handles homeland and national security issues, with a particular focus on cybersecurity, on behalf of the Chamber’s 200-plus National Security Task Force members. He is also a member of InfraGardNCR and the National Homeland Security Consortium.
Voci provides strategic guidance and support to the senior vice president of the department. He is actively engaged in developing and executing the department’s policy agenda and advocates on behalf of the U.S. business community on a wide range of cybersecurity issues before the U.S. Congress and government officials.
Voci leads the Chamber’s CyberSeries, which focuses on advancing cybersecurity policies and legislation while educating businesses of all sizes about cyber threats and how to protect against them. Previously, Voci worked for former Sens. Scott Brown (MA) and George Allen (VA) and at the departments of Transportation and Homeland Security. Voci is a graduate of American University in Washington, D.C. with a B.A. in political science. A native of Cape Cod, Massachusetts, he currently resides in Alexandria, Virginia.
