Prior to founding Sabi, they established and led Rensource, a leading West African commercial solar provider that received the 2019 Financial Times/IFC Transformational Business Award. They also served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Capricorn Investment Group, focusing on climate and technology-related investments. At Aquifer, an Africa-focused investment firm backed by Lord Sainsbury and the Gatsby Trust, they led business development and corporate strategy, contributing to the growth of a large agro-industrial business in Mozambique. Earlier in their career, they were part of the founding team of the Global Impact Investing Network (GIIN) at the Rockefeller Foundation, helping to launch the impact investment sector. Their professional journey began in the Global Markets division of JPMorgan’s Investment Bank in New York.
