Celina was born in Atlanta, Georgia on May 12, 2009 to Paris and David Smith. She has two older sisters. Celina's spunky personality and her desire to sing and entertain at a very young age prompted her parents to enroll her in a Triple Threat Training program at AGI Entertainment in Atlanta.

Through her intensive training in voice, stage, and on-camera Celina was first signed by Natarsha Garcia under AGI Management and then signed with J Pervis Talent Agency where she immediately landed her first commercial and a Voice-Over Campaign through iHeart Radio. Shortly thereafter, she auditioned and was cast as Young Nala in DISNEY'S THE LION KING Broadway National Tour.

But, Celina's big break was yet to come when she auditioned for Mr. Perry in the new series, Tyler Perry's YOUNG DYLAN where she landed the series regular role of Rebecca Wilson.

In 2021, Celina became a worldwide sensation when she landed the coveted role as Annie for NBC Annie LIVE! which aired in December with over 5.16 million viewers with raving reviews. Celina performs to crowds evoking standing ovations. She is repped by AGI, J Pervis Talent, and Pantheon Talent in Los Angeles.
