Kate Laepple Hertzog is Manager, Community Impact, Team Member Engagement at Cencora. In this role, she leads programs that empower team members to create positive impact in their communities through volunteering, giving, and service. She is also part of the Cencora Impact Foundation team, where she helps bridge corporate purpose and community impact by connecting Cencora's talent, skills, and resources with the needs of nonprofit partners while creating meaningful engagement opportunities for team members.

With more than 20 years of experience in the social impact sector, Kate has spent the last decade in corporate community impact. A self-described nonprofit professional in a corporate costume, she is passionate about helping employees make a difference where they live and work.
