Marty Martinez is the Chief Financial Officer at Guild, a Public Benefit Corporation that unlocks opportunity for America’s workforce through education, skilling, and career mobility. In his role, he oversees the organization’s strategy, finance, learning marketplace, and IT business systems. His career at Guild spans many roles, including overseeing the company’s partnerships and commercial teams.

Prior to Guild, Marty was a Partner in the Dallas office at The Boston Consulting Group, where he served clients across a wide range of industries. His earlier experience includes roles in corporate finance at Rackspace, a cloud computing company, and service in the United States Air Force.

Marty holds a B.A. in Finance from The University of Texas at San Antonio and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He lives in Denver with his wife and three boys.
