Tisha Wheeler is the Director of International Health Policy at Roche Diagnostics and co-chair of the Pandemic Fund External Advisory Committee. She is a seasoned leader in global health policy, with over two decades of experience driving strategic initiatives and funding for low- and middle-income countries. She has led high-impact programs, including on behalf of the US Government providing technical oversight of PEPFAR’s HIV/AIDS portfolio and spearheading strategic health policy efforts during her tenure at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. With extensive leadership experience across Africa and Asia, including directing the UNDP HIV office in South Sudan, Tisha combines deep technical expertise with a proven track record of advancing equitable and sustainable healthcare solutions.
