Cathy Frial is the Director of Learning and Development for Northgate Gonzalez Markets where she remains focused on her lifelong passion of learning to create and sustain cultures of engagement that impact the overall employee experience. Cathy believes that we have the individual ability to reach our greatest potential by utilizing our natural strengths and when that is harnessed in an organization, results and relationships are maximized.

Cathy has held a variety of leadership roles throughout her career as a certified Human Resources professional and executive coach, including Vice President of Organizational Development within the manufacturing industry and as Head of Learning for organizations within the financial services industry. With Cathy’s in-depth experience as a leader and passion to create meaningful workplace cultures, she effectively has created learning and development, wellness and engagement strategies leading to Best Places to Work and Employer of Choice designations throughout her career.

Cathy has experience leading teams in key areas including Human Resources, Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Customer Experience and Marketing. Cathy currently continues to focus on engagement, learning strategy and building a strengths-based culture for Northgate.
